1/5/24- Snow reminder ❄️ Please try to keep vehicles OFF the street so that the plow truck can remove all the snow. The board understands if you have a steep driveway and have to park on the street in order to get out but if possible the streets should be clear.
2/27/24- Garbage Cans- Complaints were brought up to CHIA in regards to garbage cans at the road for extended periods.All cans should not be stored at the road weekly for more than 48 hours. The cans detract from the beauty of our neighborhood. Thanks in advance for everyone’s cooperation.
2/27/24- Dog Owners- Please remember that dogs should be leashed at all times if your yard is not fenced in. This is a danger to other pets and residents walking in the neighborhood. If you see this happening, please notify the dog warden and sheriff. The board has no responsibility in this matter. Please be a responsible pet owner.
2/28/24- Social Committee- CHIA will once again have an Easter Egg Hunt. Please see the Minutes section to print out the flyer for your mailbox if participating. The hunt is March 24th from 1-3pm.
3/8/24- Carnation Dr. Repair Work- Mike Strama will be starting the repair work on the manhole cover on the upper part of Carnation Drive next week on Tuesday 12th/Wednesday 13th depending on the weather. Please use caution in this area. Thanks!
3/29/24- Neighborhood Watch Alert- In the early hours of 3/29/24 multiple residents caught someone opening or trying to open car doors on their security cameras. The person was on foot, seen all over the neighborhood. The sheriff was contacted. Lock your car doors at night and call 911 if you see someone suspicious.

5/1/24- The 2024 Clinton Hills Community yard sale will be June 21st 6-8pm & June 22nd 8-1pm. Please see the events calendar for flyer.
